Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices and experience delivering software at scale
- Experience with Node.JS, Typescript, and GraphQL
- Ability to partner with client teams to best practices in GraphQL and Typescript usage
- Native mobile experience in Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose (preferred)
- Java Spring Boot development experience (preferred)
Education And / Or Experience
- Practical experience of 5-7 years
- Familiarity with GraphQL and BFF architecture patterns

Position Summary
Under Armour is seeking a Full Stack, Senior Engineer to join our cross-functional Brand Experience team. You will learn, grow, and play in an environment that focuses on results and delivery, all backed by one of the strongest consumer brands in history. This person will work primarily with GraphQL, Node.JS experience and will work closely with mobile, web, and backend teammates. The ideal candidate has a passion for collaboration with cross functional team members, can adapt to technology change and evolution, and is eager to find creative solutions to technical issues.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Help define new layer of GraphQL/Typescript data models
- Adhere to continuous deployment strategies and enforced coding standards
- Assist in development of service layer utilizing appropriate storage (Dynamo, NoSQL, etc)
- Partner with client developers to incorporate GraphQL queries and analyze performance tradeoffs
- Maintains documentation for best practices and standards
