Requirements:

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in the games industry.
  • You’ve shipped 2 or more titles.
  • You’re a master of C++ and object oriented programming.
  • Can help push for quality and create usable tools / systems utilizing your knowledge of Unreal Engine 4 or another game engine system.
  • Have a designer brain: You can support the design team with suggestions and knowledge of best practices in order to avoid unnecessary missteps.

Bonus Points if you:

  • Have shipped a title(s) with Unreal Engine 4
  • Have experience with development for a hardware platform besides PC: Either a game console or mobile

  • Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers

Benefits:

Salary range: $140,000 to $190,000, depending on experience
