Position Summary
The Under Armour Omni Technology team is responsible for aspects of technology for E-Commerce, Inventory, Retail, and associated Omni experiences. The team is currently seeking a Lead Solutions Architect. This role helps design specific, secure solutions across our ecommerce, marketing, and retail technologies to advance our customer experiences, guides engineers on technical standards for connecting systems to a custom services ecosystem responsible for APIs that power millions of customers across Web, iOS and Android. This role may also handle development tasks as needed. The ideal candidate has worked with open-source technology and has contributed features as part of an Agile delivery team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Documents and develops technical use case flows for various projects
- Provides technical guidance to senior engineers and engineers
- Communicates clearly to technical and non-technical teammates
- Perform code reviews
- Establishes and enforces code and architecture standards
- Builds prototypes for new initiatives and evolving business needs
- Assists in troubleshooting and discovery
- Maintains up to date best practices and standards
- Support PCI and other compliance activities
