• Proven Hyper Casual game design experience - a must!
• Extensive Unity experience with the ability to prototype and take a project end to end - a must!
• Have proven ability to conceptualize, create and implement game concepts using various tools and technology
• Be immersed in the gaming world, know the market and current trends in Hyper Casual
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Flash, Perforce, Unity and Adobe Photoshop
• Fluency in English-Both written and verbal communication

CrazyLabs, a world-leading mobile game developer with over 5B+ downloads is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Game Designer to join the Hyper Casual team and create the next Big Mobile Game Hit!

We’re looking for a creative and hands-on individual who ‘lives and breathes’ Hyper Casual games as well as Social Media trends and loves coming up with new game ideas.

Are you up for the challenge?

• Oversee the Hyper Casual games pipeline, from ideation stage to release
• Build a strategic Product plan for the Hyper Casual Lab
• Create prototypes and POCs for your Hyper-Casual games ideas
• Work with the external and internal teams - mentor them to successfully develop and deliver high profile games
• Conduct Competitors & Market analysis - identify trends, patterns, and best practices
• Review games KPI’s based on data analytics and market trends
