Creatively is looking for a talented Wordpress Developer to help bring designs to life. We need someone who wants to create a longterm partnership! The work might be full-time for a few months when a project is going on, but if we don’t have a project for you at some point in time, there could be as little as no hours. All the work is project based. : ) So, maybe there isn’t a project going on one month, but the next month we get a new client - we need a developer that is ready whenever we need them!

• Fixed pay per project
• 50% when the project begins and 50% at the end of the project

Responsibilities

• As a Wordpress Developer at Creatively, here are some of your day-to-day tasks during a website build:
• Chatting with project manager about potential projects to help create a quote for the project proposal to send to the client
• Joining meetings with designers to talk through functionalities
• Joining weekly meetings with project manager for updates on development/sending update messages via Slack
• Setting up a staging site to build the website
• Taking Figma designs and building them out on Wordpress
• Hooking up domain and setting up hosting
• Sometimes you will be responsible for migrating a site to new hosting
• Sometimes you will be responsible for recording loom videos and talking through your work for updates
• Launching the website
• Sometimes you will be providing maintenance/updates for 14 days after launching per the free 14 day management post launch that Creatively offers
• If the client decides to continue on monthly maintenance with Creatively, we prefer to have who built the site (you) be in charge of handling monthly maintenance - which is about an hour commitment per month.
