About the role:

We are looking for a Web & Registration Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role you will work along-side your teammates and with clients to provide a flawless event registration and, ultimately, and flawless onsite experience for attendees. You will ensure hotel accommodations are secured and align with each person’s travel plans and arrange for ground transportation. You will help with attendee communications, offsite events and more. As a Web & Registration Manager you will:

• Act as a consultant a resource of all things web reg. for your client, as well as ensure all milestones are clearly communicated and met. Be consultative in your approach. After all, you are an expert in meeting registration and apps.
• Create, send and review a registration websites and apps for client meeting needs. Be thorough and apply your strong attention to detail, keeping customer satisfaction, value and compliance top of mind.
• Use client-specific methods and templates.
• Communicate and negotiate effectively with all internal and external partners and customers
• Maintain the highest level of quality, professionalism and integrity in everything you do.
