• 5+ years of experience in UI and user experience.
• B2B experience or a profound understanding of our market and target audience in design, recruiting, and startups.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise on UX/UI strategies effectively.
• Native or fluent English with a rich vocabulary and copywriting skills.
• Goes beyond aesthetics, understanding the strategic role of UX and branding.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the end-to-end redesign of our website to enhance its effectiveness in conveying our offer and positioning.
• Understand business goals and requirements and translate them into effective design solutions that drive conversions and customer engagement.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts and facilitate iterative feedback.
• Develop a style guide and design system to maintain consistency across all interface elements.
• Work collaboratively with brand and graphic designers to ensure the alignment of design elements with the overall brand strategy.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design elements.
