  • Illustration skills is a strong plus

Position Overview:

As a UX Designer at Applovin, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products by focusing on user flows, conducting A/B tests, and using key metrics as your baseline for continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement experiments, analyze their impact, and iterate on design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and drive business success.

Responsibilities:

  • A/B Testing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive A/B testing strategy to optimize user experiences.
  • User Flow Enhancement: Analyze user flows, identify pain points, and propose data-informed design solutions that enhance the user journey and drive improved metrics.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data analytics to inform design decisions and measure the impact of design changes on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Continuous Iteration: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to iterate on design solutions based on A/B test results and user feedback.
  • UI/UX Design: Create user interfaces that are visually engaging.
  • Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and facilitate user testing.
  • Documentation: Prepare clear and comprehensive design documentation, including product flows, and design specifications.

AppLovin provides a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance rewards approach. Total compensation at AppLovin is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Depending on the position offered, equity, and other forms of incentive compensation (as applicable) may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to dental, vision, and other benefits.

Bay Area base pay range; Total compensation package commensurate with experience

$100,000—$156,000 USD
