UX Design (Contract) at Legl

We are recruiting for an experienced UX Design Consultant to work cross-functionally with our squads to deliver a seamless, intuitive, and comprehensive user experience across our platform.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Strategic Leadership: Identify opportunities, risks, and issues to inform and deliver our Design strategy. Lead and implement Product Design principles and best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, squads, and cross-functional teams to own our Product Design function and deliver distinctive design deliverables.
• Design System Development: Mature and expand our Design System to maintain speed while ensuring a consistent user experience.
• User Engagement: Enable increased service adoption and user engagement with tailored solutions that support the evolving needs of law firms.

The Role

We are recruiting for an experienced UX Design Consultant to work cross-functionally with our squads to deliver a seamless, intuitive, and comprehensive user experience across our platform.

As a pivotal member of the team, you will think strategically about the impact Legl’s platform can have - driving innovation from user research to platform design, and crafting the UX strategy which underpins our product design.

About You: 

• Proven experience in B2B Product Design - taking the initiative in both strategic and hands-on challenges which arise in the Product Design lifecycle
• Expert in all aspects of Figma - from concepts to design system components into rapid prototyping and commenting on design critiques – it’s second nature
• Enjoys acting fast - understanding the fast paced nature of an agile startup, with the flexibility to approach user-centred design in both a proactive & reactive manner
• Naturally collaborative - understanding that great design isn’t formed in a vacuum. Encouraging cross-functional collaboration and working closely with your team and the wider business to create innovative, user-centric solutions
