DMI, LLC is seeking a UI/UX Developer - Salesforce


REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 3 years of Salesforce UI/UX development experience
  • Salesforce User Experience (UX) Designer Certification
  • Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Java
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a geographically dispersed working environment
  • Able to work independently and adapt to time critical deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced
  • Proficient with Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
  • Ability to write, interpret, and critique design specifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Computer Graphics, HCI, Computer Science, New Media or related field

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit strong design skills, informed by user needs and driven by creativity.
  • kick off an iterative design process by leading ideation and whiteboarding sessions. This role is focused on combining user research with graphic design principles (e.g. color theory, typography, and layout).
  • Understand interaction design and how to integrate a client’s brand are integral during the development of both low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity designs.
  • Ability to produce the following deliverables is expected:
  • Low-fidelity wireframes
  • Low-fidelity prototypes
  • High-fidelity design comps
  • Branding/style guides
  • Custom User Interface design/development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura, and LWC
  • Ability to utilize and consult around SLDS

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Certified Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, etc
  • Experience working with applications that use Salesforce APIs
