UI/UX Designer, Web App Designer at Bounty

We are looking for a passionate Product Designer with strong visual design skills to join Bounty! Reporting directly to our CEO, you’ll lead and assist on all aspects of the product and branding.

Experience We’re Looking For

• 3-5+ years related experience in Product Design (Ideally with experience on a design team)
• A portfolio of work you were directly responsible for with little guidance from leadership
• A master at maintaining design systems and components in Figma
• Work that shows effective design solutions that take into account the needs of multiple stakeholders
• Outstanding UX ability, visual design and product thinking for mobile/web apps
• A proven ability to simplify previously complex ideas into simple user experiences
• Someone who is a self-starter that will seek out the information they need to move forward
• Excitement to join a small, high-growth team and solving open-ended problems.
• Bonus: Experience with motion graphics/animation in mobile/web apps

The Role

We are looking for a passionate Product Designer with strong visual design skills to join Bounty! Reporting directly to our CEO, you’ll lead and assist on all aspects of the product and branding.

As our first product design hire you will work closely with our entire team and early merchants to shape the product we deliver. Our ideal candidate has deep empathy for the user experience, is analytical, organized, and excited to come in at the ground level and build something completely new.

If you’re aesthetically inclined, a master at Figma, and want an opportunity to grow with a fast paced team - then this is the place for you.

What You’ll Do

• Establish and evolve core product flows, interactions and bring a keen eye to bringing our brand into our product through visual design.
• Lead the push to create a cohesive design system in Figma.
• Help define our product experience and design system across multiple web applications.
• Perform user-research on early merchants and present innovative solutions to their problems.
• Assist in evolving the brand and visual application to all aspects of a company (Marketing, Landing Pages, etc)
