We need a UI/UX designer to Make our current app more consistent (about 20 screens)

The main jobs are -

• Make our current app more consistent (about 20 screens)

• Audit / improve UX flows

• Make most screens at mid-fidelity / wireframe degree of detail

• Make some screens at high-fidelity / figma design detail

Hi! We're looking for a UI/UX designer to help us level-up our product -

• We are building an engine for collecting authentic employee content

• We are an early stage startup that is launched with active customers

• Our current app is built using ant.design and wireframes, because we have (1) no UI/UX designers on the team, and (2) no front-end engineers on the team - so we've needed to keep things simple by necessity. We would like to continue this approach, just get everything more consistent
