Triple Whale is building eCommerce operating system to transform how merchants track and visualize every corner of their Shopify store.

The Triple Whale eCom OS integrates with Shopify, Facebook, Klayvio and more to centralize the metrics that matter. From the data warehouse, we build beautiful visualizations to enable merchants to make actionable insights from their data.

Triple Whale is also focused on solving the growing problem of advertising attribution. Our Pixel product enables unrivalled visibility into eCommerce merchant’s advertising efforts and customers.

Reporting to the Head of Design and Head of Product, this UI/UX role will be a crucial part of building out “Triple Whale 2.0”. In collaboration with the Product team, this next phase of development includes fully developing a new UI system while dreaming of what the future of eCommerce will look like.

More than visual design, this role will also include working closely with the product team apply design thinking to our prototyping and wire framing process.

This position is fully remote with colleagues based in Toronto, Ohio, Austin, and Isreal.
