Position Requirements:

• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems or other related scientific or technical discipline
• Experience with software documentation, user guides, user manuals and technical documentation
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of tools
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Experience with writing SQL statement and relational database concepts
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Green Card is ok but must have US residency for the last 3 years
• Ability to obtain Public Trust

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Experience in JIRA, Zephyr

Test Automation Engineer

• Description of specific duties in a typical workday for this position:
• Responsible for designing and developing test automation scripts using Selenium and/or Katalon
• Interprets requirements and writes quality control documentation including Test cases, Test Reports
• Creates and maintains traceability matrices between test cases and requirements
• Creates User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases
• Conducts usability and Section 508 testing
• Supports trouble shooting of production issues
• Produces high quality documentation, including test plans and status reports
• Collects test metrics and perform test metrics analysis
