Technical Recruiter essential skills/experience:

  • Previous recruitment experience in the IT or Higher Education field or consultative sales background.
  • Experience working in an environment where making a minimum number of outbound calls is required.
  • Experience working with multiple CRM’s.
  • Ability to present information clearly and effectively.
  • Consistent history of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Time management and ability to multitask.
  • Detail oriented self-starter.
  • High attention to detail
  • Staffing experience and/or campus recruitment experience is a plus.

This company now has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Recruiter to join their team. This role will be remote working, and you would be the first individual to operate out of the UK. They also have plans to grow the team, providing huge growth opportunities for this position in the future.

The Technical Recruiter is responsible for hiring individuals in the IT industry or those aspiring to be in IT. Using our unique assessment and interview process, the Technical Recruiter determines the right training pathway that puts candidates on a clear path to a tech career.

Technical Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Take a consultative sales approach to recruit quality talent that meet company hiring criteria.
  • Handle outbound and inbound calls, SMS, email with qualified candidates to schedule technical interviews with the technical team.
  • Develop rapport with candidates.
  • Ensure that only quality candidates are moved through into training.
  • Document all tasks and activities in CRM system.
  • Follow established communication plan guidelines and protocols.
  • Evaluate candidate’s experience, skills, interests, and personality characteristics to provide regular guidance and support activities.
  • Meet or exceed conversion metrics each month.
