Sr UX/UI designer at Bancor

We are seeking your help as a UX/UI designer to work with our creative director and head of product development to help simplify and clarify user journeys so that Bancor is delightful and easy to use.

Job requirements

• Experience working with tools for UI prototyping (we use Figma)
• You have a portfolio that demonstrates your skill and creativity as a UX/UI designer
• Can iterate and prototype quickly.
• Articulate logical rationale for design decisions, learnings, and solutions to cross-functional team members
• ​​Balance usability and “don’t make me think” principles with security, privacy, and transparency design values, advocating for these as needed.
• Team player. You are happy to do something that needs to be done because it contributes to an outcome that is beneficial to the team. We all work together, toward a common goal.

Bonus points

• Active use of decentralized applications and blockchain technology for true insights into the space or experience building FinTech products.
• Experience leading UX research studies (facilitating interviews, usability studies and/or focus group sessions) and analyzing results.
