Sr Site Reliability Engineer at Renaissance

We need one who has experience of implementing zero downtime deployments/ immutable builds/ reproducible builds/blue/green or canary deployments

Qualifications

For this role you must have:

• 6+ years of software development experience, with recent specialization in Build & Release Systems.
• Expert level experience in continuous integration, continuous delivery and continuous deployment, zero downtime deployments, Blue/Green, Canary Deployments.
• Hands-on experience in python web development.
• Experience with Configuration Management and Orchestration Tools like Terraform/Docker/Ansible.
• Experience working w/Amazon Web Services like ECS, Fargate, Lambdas.
• Experience setting up & managing Jenkins.
• Experience with git and related best practices (branching/merging/rebasing)
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with Github Enterprise Server, Github Actions
• Experience with Artifactory
• Experience with feature flags
• Experience with New Relic

Job Description

In this role, you will work with engineering, security & Cloud Ops teams to:

• Improve engineering efficiency by designing & building automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Get us to quickly deploy code & configuration to production at will.
• Helps shape Build & Release Systems & Processes.
• Has experience implementing zero downtime deployments/ immutable builds/ reproducible builds/blue/green or canary deployments
• Evangelize DevOps philosophy.
• Build automation where possible to reduce toil.
• Provide operational support for deployments through participating in on-call rotation

Salary Range - $109,500 - $164,200 This range is based on national market data and may vary by location.
