Sr. Quality and Software Development Engineer at Hollstadt & Associates

We currently have an exciting opportunity a Senior Quality Engineer/Software Development Engineer in Test on our IT Pharmacy Admin Systems Team.

Requirement 

• Minimum 4 Years Degree in computer science or closely related field.
• 7+ years of experience developing test scripts, scenarios, and test management.
• 4+ years of experience with in-depth knowledge of quality engineering practices and standards
• 5+ years of experience with object-oriented programming and scripting languages (Java preferred other scripts work too)
• 2+ years of experience with designing and implementing quality engineering standards and processes.
• Expertise utilizing and integrating testing best practices and methodologies.
• Experience with performing POCs and supporting the tool evaluations and creating best practices and share outs across the team.
• Expertise in developing test automation and Continuous Integration (CI) solutions.
• Demonstrated test automation and scripting skills (Java, C#, Selenium etc.)
• Proficiency in writing queries against databases and data warehouses (Oracle)
• Experience with Quality tools
• Proficient with systems development life cycles and software testing and automation within agile environments.
• Experience with defect tracking and reporting as well as sanitizing data for testing.
• Strong knowledge of performance testing and tools and applicable data privacy practices and laws.
• Awareness of common threat vectors and strategies for security vulnerability testing

Preferred

• Certifications in testing processes and procedures
• Certification in Java or .Net programming

Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity a Senior Quality Engineer/Software Development Engineer in Test on our IT Pharmacy Admin Systems Team. The Senior Quality Engineer/Software Development Engineer in Test provides quality control and quality assurance expertise and supports the goal of delivering high quality software to meet business needs. This position is responsible for creating technology-based solutions by developing and implementing test automation to deliver quality products. This position establishes and promotes quality standards in the Software Development Lifecycle and provides guidance, leadership, and subject matter expertise on testing for application teams. We have a Pharmacy Benefit validation process that we would like to have automation created to support our business and reduce human error and validation time.
