Sr. Product Designer at Fingerprint

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer that is passionate about building an excellent user experience for our technical product, and wants to lead a design team as we grow.

What we’re looking for 👀:

• Has 3+ years working on Product Team in a similar role

• Have worked on technical products and data visualizations

• Have designed technical SaaS products and/or developer tooling

• Has a design portfolio or examples of work they can share

• Intermediate-level English proficiency (you can comfortably carry a conversation but don’t need to write perfect English)

• Interested in learning about our product’s core concepts (APIs, web architecture, online security and privacy)

Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer that is passionate about building an excellent user experience for our technical product, and wants to lead a design team as we grow. The successful candidate will be tasked with building the UI/UX for our product. Our team is small but growing rapidly, so we are looking for someone who wants to make a huge impact and set the vision for design within the company.

Location: remote, anywhere in UTC-8 to UTC+4

You will:

• Work closely with Lead Engineers and Product Managers to balance technical considerations with product goals that result in outcome oriented designs and excellent user experiences.
• Take feature specifications and create detailed wireframes, flow diagrams, mockups and/or prototypes depending on the project and stage of development
• Define, craft, and evolve our visual systems and standards
• Conduct usability research and interviews as needed
• Build a world class team by working collaboratively and mentoring junior product designers
• See your design work through from start to finish
• Be super data driven and use metrics to make design decisions
