Sr. Product Designer at Customer.io

10 months ago Design & Art Senior Full-Time

As a Senior Product Designer II, you'll partner with a Product Manager and a team of engineers to lead a squad solving specific customer needs.

What we're looking for

  • Ideally, you should be located in the Americas (North, Central, or South); while we are a global company, this is to ensure some amount of time-zone overlap with the squad you’ll be working with

  • You should be familiar with designing within the constraints of a design system and how interfaces are built from components

  • You will have past experience designing complex, B2B software. It’s not a requirement, but if you have an understanding of automated messaging, such as how companies leverage data like events to build target segments, that’s even better

  • You will have experience using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, FullStory and others to gather their own customer insights and incorporate them into their design decision making

  • You have a history of influencing others to value the impact of design on overall business success

  • You have a growth mindset and a willingness to receive and provide feedback, and learn from mistakes

  • You thrive with autonomy and ownership, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity
