in this role, you will Work on ways to automate and improve testing and quality for our UI, mobile and backend services.

Required Skills:

• Minimum Associates but with good years of exp.
• Experience as test engineer or SDET for 3-5 years.
• Familiarity with any object orientated programming language like Java, Python or C#.
• Experience working securely with APIs and managed password vaults.
• Knowledge of Selenium and Cypress or any other UI automation tool.
• Knowledge of Postman will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity creating metrics, monitoring dashboards, and using them to continuously deliver improvements to service performance and reliability.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability to deliver projects and results of increasing technical complexity and ability to handle ambiguity.
• Experience administering and deploying development CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies SDLC.
• Exposure to container orchestration services, especially Kubernetes using Docker.
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written and ability to work well in a diverse, team-focused environment.
• Certification in ISTQB or ISEB is highly desirable.

SOFTWARE QA AUTOMATION ENGINEER

MADISON, NJ

Fully remote (EST work hours).

Project Description:

• Working on ways to automate and improve testing and quality for our UI, mobile and backend services.
• Perform test execution, test analysis and all phases of testing, including functional, regression, performance, usability, integration, acceptance, etc.
• Working with QA Lead and QAs to ensure that the established processes work as intended.
• Proactively participate in maintaining team standards and best practices.
• Accurate recording and monitoring of issues.
• Ensuring requirement traceability.
• Writing and execution of manual scripts.
• Accurate recording and monitoring of issues.
• This 9+ month position starts ASAP.
