What You'll Be Doing:

• Requirements Gathering & Determination Activities with the Client
• Translate Doctrine into Mission Threads, and those into the Digital Engineering Environment
• Modeling architecture of legacy systems and subsystems
• Modeling & Simulation Activities
• Translating OEMs and bringing legacy Systems Engineering documents into the Digital Engineering Ecosystem
• Systems Integration (development of wrappers/adapters for example)
• Briefing client entities on work completed, in-progress, and planned

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in the area of Information Technology, Information Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (OR Master's degree with 1+ years of experience)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience in two or more of the following: Java, C, C++, C#, Python, Angular
• Experience in two or more of the following tools is a plus: MATLAB, Phoenix Model Center, Cameo Systems Modeler, AFSIM, EADsim, STK, & AnyLogic

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to work with a highly collaborative Parsons Universal Modeling & Analysis (PUMA) Lab .

Our Systems Engineer will bring technical skills in systems engineering (model-based systems engineering and process improvement specifically), software development experience, and an understanding of the Digital Engineering Ecosystem. Salary Range: $67,400.00 - $118,000.00
