Working as part of a team to

Lead\direct the development of web, backend and database software projects with heavy involvement in every part of the SDLC process including requirements gathering, coding, testing, debugging, promoting and support.

Provide subject matter expertise for 3rd party vendor applications and 3rd party integrations used by the WEX Factoring line of business with a focus on understanding the database architecture, configuration and troubleshooting.

Understand WEX procedures for application development, change management, security practices and seeking IT assistance. Assist in coordinating vendor software upgrades and interfacing with 3rd party vendors for resolving problems during upgrade stabilization periods.

Guide business and technical teams in writing requirements, creating test plans, implementing code reviews and leading teams to implement software releases.
