As a Software Developer, you will be involved in the development and support of WEX EDGE. EDGE is a multi-tier application written using the .NET framework and C#.

Must have

• At least 4 years of experience with .NET development and C#
• Experience writing and implementing large, high-performing applications using the latest features of C# and .NET in an Agile environment
• Ability to architect and build automated applications that operate at scale
• Ability to analyze and understand complex business logic
• Ability to debug code in a large system
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with other team members, translating business problems into highly-optimized, well-written applications and services
• Experience designing an app in Azure
• Exposure to UI development (CSS, Bootstrap…)

Description

As a Software Developer, you will be involved in the development and support of WEX EDGE. EDGE is a multi-tier application written using the .NET framework and C#. This system allows our clients to browse and purchase fleet related services (hotels, airlines, etc). Our highly autonomous team controls the full agile software life cycle from development, to release, to maintenance and operations.

About the role

You will perform application and system development using the .NET Framework, C#, and a variety of other related software development tools. You will work as part of an agile development team, along with members of other teams across the organization.

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
