Social Media Brand Ambassador at Spocket

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) or digital marketing
• Prior experience in content conceptualization and creation, video editing (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools), and production.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging ideas and concepts
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for our brand and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with our audience

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to serve as the face of our company's social media accounts. As our Social Media Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content, interacting with our online community, and representing our company in a positive and authentic manner. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your creativity, communication skills, and passion for our brand to a wide audience.

You’re excited about the role because you will…

• Produce, host, and manage engaging content videos (from preproduction, content conceptualization, editing, and post-production) with a professional setup (proper lighting and background) acting as the face of Spocket.
• Develop and produce high-quality content for our social media platforms (such as Youtube, TikTok, etc.), including but not limited to posts, stories, hosting, editing videos, and live streams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our brand on social media, embodying our values, voice, and identity in all interactions; would primarily manage first the video social media platforms such as YouTube and TikTok and would also eventually manage the other social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Foster meaningful connections with our audience by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and participating in relevant conversations such as hosting videos on Spocket’s channel.
• Stay informed about industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously innovate and improve our social media presence.
