This role is crucial for fostering a holistic and positive user experience in Typeform by prioritizing clarity, consistency, and user-centric content that aligns with our brand tone of voice.
Things you will do:
- Contribute to the development and refinement of content style guides and best practices.
- Implement and maintain a consistent tone of voice in all in-app user-facing communication.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure alignment between content, design, and functionality.
- Collaborating with Brand & PD to create content guidelines to be used within product
- Craft and optimize microcopy for various user interface elements.
- Participate in user testing and feedback loops, incorporating insights to continuously improve content and enhance overall usability.
- Collaborate closely with the Design System Designer to ensure that content integrates seamlessly into the overall design framework.
- Work alongside the Brand Studio to align content creation with the brand's visual identity and messaging strategy.
- Align content with accessibility guidelines to make products inclusive for users with diverse needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging practices in UX writing and content strategy.
- Be in charge of in-product nomenclature and validate labels to ensure they make sense to customers.

- Collaborative spirit, working harmoniously with UX designers, researchers, product managers, and Brand Studio to ensure content complements design.

- Proficiency in crafting concise, clear, and user-centric UI copy following UX writing best practices.
- Knowledge of methodologies like A/B testing or usability testing to refine content through content testing.
- Effective communication and cooperation with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail in crafting microcopy and ensuring accuracy in content to enhance user comprehension.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address content challenges.
- User advocacy, ensuring that content meets their needs and enhances usability.
