Senior UI/UX Designer at Urban Influence

We’re hiring a remote, contract-based Senior UI/UX designer to lead a Social Media SaaS project. At Urban Influence, we practice a user-centric, iterative design process with a focus on simplicity, trust, seamlessness, and humanization.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years design experience or more
• Extensive experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Zeplin
• Great communication skills
• For international applications, the candidate must speak excellent English
• Able to attend regular on-camera Zoom meetings in Eastern Standard Time

What we’re looking for:

• Significant experience in digital visual design
• Experience designing for desktop, mobile, and mobile apps and a portfolio to prove it
• Experience working in fast-paced, continuous delivery environments
• The ability to rapidly ideate, produce, and test multiple UX/UI concepts and prototypes
• A solid understanding of typography and fundamental design principles
• The ability to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions to clients and team members
• The ability to make data-driven design decisions

We’re hiring a remote, contract-based Senior UI/UX designer to lead a Social Media SaaS project. At Urban Influence, we practice a user-centric, iterative design process with a focus on simplicity, trust, seamlessness, and humanization. We’re seeking a talented and experienced designer to oversee the definition and creation of complete digital ecosystems that meet those goals – from user profiles, to design specifications and interactive prototypes, to polished solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating personas, storyboards, and user stories with rich visuals to define mobility experiences for digital ecosystems 
• Authoring detailed interaction design specifications (logic, flow, behavior) and interactive prototypes
• Gathering and evaluating user requirements
• Creating visual design systems (graphics, layouts, motion) with reusable and responsive assets
• Working closely with front-end developers and strategists to deliver winning creative solutions
