As a Senior Software Engineer experienced in AWS, TS/JS, or Python your role will be crucial in tackling these complex problems.

As an Senior Software Engineer, you:

• Work on TypeScript/JavaScript for the SwiftCX application and Python for all the data and ML work
• Are supportive—especially when teammates are faced with new challenges
• Can autonomously figure out the solutions for challenges
• Put yourselves in the shoes of our users to craft a great product experience
• Value clear, frequent communication (we do a lot of writing & async communication)
• Are naturally curious and willing to take a step to learn something they don’t have experience in

• Uphold best practices in engineering, security, and design
• Excel at balancing both your personal work and demonstrate leadership skills

Qualifications and requirements

• 4+ years of working full-time as a software engineer
• Good understanding of modern web technologies
• Experience leading teams and projects, mentoring junior engineers, and making effective architectural decisions
• Experience with Python & SQL a plus.
• English proficiency: Level B2 - C1 (required)
