We need a Senior Software Developer to lead solutions sets to improve results across the development team with a deep understanding of improvements in the non-functional aspects of the system


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Computer Science.
  • 12 years’ experience minimum.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Command of the concepts of object-oriented languages (C++, Java, C#).
  • Expert with front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Expert with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such particularly Angular.
  • Experience with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, JavaScript, PHP, and .Net.
  • Expert with database technology – MSSQL preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, if needed, to meet the job requirements.
  • The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone, and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment
  • is typical of that of an office. Incumbents may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle, or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 40 pounds.

JOB SUMMARY

Our Senior Software Developer

  • analyzes user requirements, writes and tests code, refining and rewriting it as necessary, writes operational documentation with technical authors, and maintain systems by monitoring and correcting software defects.
  • Senior Software Developer works closely with other staff, such as project managers, other developers, business analysts, and more to arrive at the best possible solutions.
  • Senior Software Developer leads technical discussions, gives strategic direction, and provides code reviews and guidance with respect to best practices.
  • Senior Software Developer leads solutions sets to improve results across the development team with a deep understanding of improvements in the non-functional aspects of the system. This includes, but is not limited to, automated performance testing, automated testing, scalability, extensibility, architectural patterns, platform/hardware integration, and security concerns.
  • Senior Software Developers are required to continually update their technical knowledge and skills throughout their employment.

  • Developing front end websitearchitecture.
  • Deploying and authoring code for cloud infrastructure and software components on the Azure platform, including:
  • Functions Service Bus
  • Logic Aps
  • Cosmos NOSQL
  • Data Factory
  • Event Grid
  • Hyper-SQL
  • Designing user interactions on web pages.
  • Developing back-end website applications.
  • Creating servers and databases for functionality.
  • Ensuring cross-platform optimization.
  • Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
  • Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
  • Designing and developing APIs.
  • Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
  • Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
