You will lead and mentor a talented design team, overseeing their work and fostering a collaborative and creative environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading Design Strategy: Develop and drive the design strategy for our dashboard and website, aligning it with Zavo's mission and user needs.

• Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to the design team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs and fostering professional growth.

• User-Centric Design: Champion user-centered design principles throughout the design process, ensuring that the end product meets and exceeds user expectations.

• Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.

• Prototyping and Iteration: Create interactive prototypes and iterate on design concepts based on user feedback and usability testing.

• Design Excellence: Maintain a high standard of design excellence, continuously raising the bar for visual and interactive design quality.
