The Job

As a Senior Product Designer at Panther Labs, you will work directly with our engineers, PMs, and users to own the solution space of new features. Designers at Panther work full-stack from conducting user research, running divergence sessions, validation with customers, through to full-fidelity mocks and QA.

The Responsibilities

  • Work with our PMs, engineers, and customers to contextualize and define user problems
  • Build user journey maps and personas
  • Conduct and synthesize brainstorming sessions
  • Validate and iterate on designs with users
  • Use and extend our design system to create full-fidelity mocks
  • Work with peers via design crits and regular feedback
  • Shape our design culture and processes as we grow

The Requirements

  • 3+ years of product design experience at a fast-growing technology company
  • An interest in owning a project from user research to final mocks
  • Experience designing for a product with technical end users
  • Experience designing for a security product preferred
