We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to craft and evolve the connectivity and fleet management platform used by the world's most exciting IoT startups.


Valuable skills and experience

  • Background working in product design or experience design roles, in either in-house or agency settings (bonus points for experience with SaaS products or complex consumer experiences)
  • Familiarity with squad working models in high growth environments
  • Track record of building successful products and a diverse portfolio that includes examples of your product, interaction, and design work
  • Consistently deliver visually compelling UIs and experiences that stand out in your industry
  • Can level up to systems-level thinking when the problem requires it.
  • Employs consistent use of UXR methodologies to define products and guide decision-making
  • Can convincingly present your work and communicate your design process to the broader organization
  • High level of proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Marvel, and similar
  • Ability to quickly and smoothly transition from concepts and ideation to detailed execution
  • Solid understanding of cross-platform design systems and technical frameworks

About this role

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll be responsible for the entire product design lifecycle—from research and ideation to crafting the high fidelity design vision and implementation. You'll own large parts of Hologram's connectivity and fleet management platform. You will design new services, features, and capabilities for our network and customer-facing suite of tools.

You're someone who has a passion for delivering the best user experiences, with an uncanny knack for uncovering hidden user insights and translating those into designs. What you'll do

  • Be part of a rapidly growing Design org where you'll have a significant impact on the team and product direction
  • Clarify complex design problems and break them down into viable, user-centered solutions for the team
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers in a squad model to define requirements and design goals

  • Plan and conduct research with internal and external users, focusing on co-creating products with users.
  • Build prototypes of various fidelity to validate new product concepts
  • Relentlessly champion our customers while defining user experience opportunities and identifying use cases
  • Help build and apply design standards and processes across the Product and Design teams
