Senior Product Designer at Cambridge Mobile Telematics
We are looking for who can Use independent judgment and discretion in owning design initiatives from initial discovery to delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field of study preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Portfolio available for review during the interview process, containing work samples of deployed mobile apps and websites
- A mastery of Figma
- Experience running usertesting sessions and communicating results
- Experience planning, facilitating and synthesizing user research
- Experience with both Android, iOS and web design
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- A willingness to be part of a collaborative team

Powered by mobile sensing, artificial intelligence, and behavioral science, we measure driving quality, incentivize safer driving, assist users in crashes in real time, and improve the safety for millions of drivers every day around the world.
CMT is looking for a collaborative, customer-committed, and creative product design team member who wants to join us in making roads safer by making drivers better!
Responsibilities:
- Use independent judgment and discretion in owning design initiatives from initial discovery to delivery.
- Provide assistance and guidance to other team members to research and understand the humans that use our products, the problem space, and the end-to-end customer experience
- Create detailed, high-fidelity designs and prototypes using component libraries, style guides, and other design documentation
- Work with a cross functional team including developers, product managers, marketers, analysts and QA to test and experiment
- Contribute to broader product design team meetings and initiatives
- Able to effectively communicate and support design decisions to team members and stakeholders
- Complete any additional tasks as they arise
