Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing applications
  • Proficiency in Java/J2EE and REST APIs
  • Experience in building event-driven Micro Services and Kafka streaming
  • Experience in Spring Framework and AWS
  • Experience with IDEs such as RAD/Eclipse/IntelliJ
  • Working proficiency in developmental toolsets like GIT/BitBucket, JIRA, Maven, Bootstrap
  • Experience in Standard Unit Test frameworks - JUnit, Cucumber and Mockito
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Experience with the following is a plus:
  • Agile development including daily scrum and weekly iteration reviews and planning
  • JAVA Performance Profiling Tool, scripting performance tests and tuning applications.

You will be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with your stakeholders on a daily basis to stay focused on common goals. Please note this position is starting as a Remote Position for the San Francisco Bay Area. Candidates can work at home currently, but candidates must be living in the San Francisco Bay Area or be willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area in California as meetings will occur occasionally at the Palo Alto Office.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience designing and implementing applications

Proficiency in Java/J2EE and REST APIs
