Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full-Stack Web Developer to join our innovative team. This role is perfect for someone who excels in both frontend and backend development, with a strong emphasis on JavaScript and PHP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality web solutions from concept to deployment, focusing on creating intuitive and user-friendly front-end experiences.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior developers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and translate specifications into robust web functionalities.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate developer tasks to meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain and improve website architecture, including backend systems and database optimization.
• Ensure all web applications are fully responsive and meet our high standards of usability and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and web development best practices to recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in full-stack web development, with a strong focus on front-end technologies and PHP.
• Expertise in JavaScript, PHP, CSS, and familiarity with frameworks such as React.
• Experience with content management systems, particularly Craft and Storyblok, is a plus.
• Proficiency in using wireframe tools and diagnostic software to troubleshoot and optimize web applications.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.
