Senior Digital Designer at Vue School

We are looking for a passionate individual with the skill-set to capture promotional excitement and breakthrough designs for multiple media platforms such as websites, newsletters, social media and paid media for products, services and events delivery.

• Knowledge of organisation and structure of design systems 

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, utilise resources, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within scope

• Keep up with designs and web trends

• Highly motivated and a high level of initiative; ability to work independently, support Vue School’s creative goals and business objectives

• A powerful creative portfolio that demonstrates originality, innovation and problem-solving

• Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, positive and innovative thinker

Minimum relevant experience and skills / attributes required:

• Experience in a the field of managing the creative delivery

• Experience in a high-volume environment

• Proficiency with software applications used for digital design delivery, such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Zeplin and Adobe Creative Cloud 

• Maintain high standards for execution and attention to detail

• Must be very strategic in approach to work, putting business success equal to creative output

• Must be able to create and foster a harmonious relationship with all departments

• Must be able to present work well and foster proper, respectful relationships with colleagues

• Must be ambitious to develop the delivery output process to align with growing business success and velocity

Description

We are looking for a passionate individual with the skill-set to capture promotional excitement and breakthrough designs for multiple media platforms such as websites, newsletters, social media and paid media for products, services and events delivery.  The role is for someone who is multi-skilled in the digital realm to join our close knit team and become a part of delivering quality online learning platform designs, events and digital campaigns. 

The successful applicant will be tasked to carry visual and conceptual skills from initial brief to final artwork, and must be able to assist with conceptualising digital campaigns and creatively solve problems effectively.  An eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure, as well as being up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques and technologies are essential requirements.

Please note that we are looking for someone located within 2-3 hours time difference from the CET time zone to ensure timely feedback and comfortable working hours for everyone.

In this role, you’ll

• Lead the design team

• Create graphic and visual elements for web pages, applications and other media

• Create visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, display ads

• Create images for blog articles

• Conceptualise digital content and marketing ideas relevant to various Vue School products and services

• Create high-quality 2D characters, elements, and backgrounds

• Pay high attention to detail

• Ensure design assets provided adheres to the design brief for a project 

• Show efficiency in self-managing time with minimal instruction

• Be accountable for the timely and accurate completion of all deliverables

• Able to conceptualise, present, and execute your ideas

• Review final products and ensure they are pixel-perfect

• Closely collaborate with colleagues from product, design, development and marketing teams

• Have solid experience in web-design and landing pages creation

• Have UI/UX proficiency
