KLDiscovery, one of the largest national eDiscovery providers, is currently seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer for an exciting new opportunity.

Come help us develop the future of our infrastructure! We are rapidly growing our team in order to transition out of infrastructure management systems into fully automated pipelines! This team will be designing and implementing a process to build, deploy, run, and support large-scale eDiscovery applications in a wide variety infrastructure models.

Responsibilities

• Possess and present excellent technical, security, and testing skills
• Demonstrate excellent technical skills
• Identify security concerns when implementing new features
• Demonstrate excellent testing skills
• Ensure scripts provide visibility into results
• Assist and mentor teammates
• Answer questions from less experienced team members
• Help guide less experienced team members to a solution while making it a learning experience
• Key contributor on pull requests providing valuable and constructive feedback
• Drive technical conversations and ensure they are productive
• Is a key driver in technical discussions and helps ensure they stay on track
• Demonstrate understanding of the systems architecture during technical discussions
• Help design and research infrastructure solutions
• Ensure implementation plans are being implemented as designed
• Able to recognize when things are not being implemented as designed in the implementation plans and correct it
• Detects problems and areas that need improvement early and raise issues within the team
• Detects potential design problems and has them fixed before starting implementation
• Detects areas of the system that need improvement

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related scientific field preferred

5+ years of experience in a related field, including:

Systems Administration

Cloud Engineer

DevOps Engineer

Software Engineer

Experience working Linux environments

Experience working in an automation-driven infrastructure, including concepts like Infrastructure as Code

Experience with the following tools and technologies is preferred:

Azure Cloud

Terraform

Ansible

Azure DevOps

SonarQube

BurpSuite

Git

Experience with version control systems and work management systems such as Azure DevOps or other tools preferred
