We seek a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Development Manager, Engineering to lead our exceptional product development team.


Technology/Engineering:

  • Drive the acceleration of engineering and business priorities, iterating quickly and delivering code frequently.
  • Promote a culture of operational excellence, taking ownership of the quality of your team's work.
  • Take charge of technology and architecture decisions within the organization and contribute to technical leadership across the company.
  • Lead engineering planning, working closely with the product team to define the team's roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to identify and address dependencies and requirements.

Who you are

  • Experienced in email deliverability (preferred to also have knowledge in PUSH deliverability)

  • Collaborative working style with a strong focus on execution and results.

  • 5+ years of software engineering management experience, including leading big team across different time zones
  • 7+ years of software development experience.

This team is responsible to:

  • Deliver right messages to the right customer at the right moment via Email and PUSH channels
  • Experiment and iterate on key conversion paths and partner with other teams to share
  • takeaways and standard methodologies
  • Innovate and test new features/products/businesses

We seek a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Development Manager, Engineering to lead our exceptional product development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing a world-class engineering team, driving the execution and delivery of products, and fostering a culture of continuous engineering excellence. As a key liaison across various departments and businesses, you will also play a crucial role in fostering collaboration and partnership. Team Leadership and Management:

  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills by hiring, coaching, and developing team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Set a clear vision, establish strategy, and define ambitious goals for the team.
  • Cultivate collaborative and trusting relationships with key partners including product, marketing, data science, AI teams, and other business units.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $191,000.00 - $305,000.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
