As a Senior Developer, you will join our R&D Development Team, and focus on development and support efforts related to our Premium Audit and Loss Control product offering.

Are you detail-oriented and have a solid ability to organize, plan, and prioritize? We are looking for someone with a passion for software development, learning and an eagerness to share their knowledge.

As a Senior Developer, you will join our R&D Development Team, and focus on development and support efforts related to our Premium Audit and Loss Control product offering. In this role, you’ll own development items, investigations, and resolutions end-to-end. You will be client facing and interact across R&D, Product Management and Client Success.

What You'll Do

• Participate in SDLC estimation and development process.
• Design solutions to problems/defects with minimal supervision
• Follow Insurity standards for coding, documentation, and impact assessments.
• Provide first level of technical troubleshooting and defect remediation for client, BA and QA reported issues.
• Develop and present solutions for assigned problems and enhancements.
• Develop technical documentation for software solutions for targeted audience.
• Work with QA to identify impact and assist with test case development.
• Create impact assessment documents.

Along with the benefits listed above, the salary range for this role is $75,000 to $135,000 commensurate with experience.
