Senior Designer Lead at Brix Labs

The successful candidate will be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. They will be able to transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, Human-Computer

• Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a similar position in the Design industry.

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of past projects.

• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with 3D modeling software of your choice.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively present design ideas and solutions.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

• A team player and having the ability to work independently.

• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.

Description

We are looking for a talented Designer lead to join our startup on a long term. The first project will be Web Designer role with expertise in creating 3D assets to create amazing user experiences. You will collaborate with the design and marketing

team to conceptualize, create, and implement interactive 3D assets that enhance overall user engagement and satisfaction on our official website.

The successful candidate will be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. They will be able to transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.

Responsibilities:

1. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

2. Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks.

3. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.

4. Creating visual elements, effects, and animations using 3D modeling, texturing, and other techniques.

5. Reviewing 3D arts and recommending improvements.

6. Meeting with clients, Designers, and Directors to discuss and review projects and deadlines.
