We're looking for a senior designer that can...

• lead a team of global designers

• adhere to a wide spectrum of styles/trends, depending on the clients needs and wants

• drive a creative vision for a brand or website based that aligns with client goals

• think strategically on why/how/what we're designing

• communicate effectively within the team and with clients

Our design team primarily works in Figma and Clickup. The entire team is connected via Slack and uses tools such as Loom or Miro to communicate ideas.

Senior Designer / Creative Director

Juice, a digital agency focused is seeking a Senior Designer with Brand + Web experience to lead our creative our team. We're growing and need a mighty leader to help create wondrous designs for us and clients.

We're a remote friendly, asynchronous work environment — which means we're looking for someone that is a self-starter, and can be assertive.

A typical day could look like...

• owning 1-3 projects from a design perspective — which means anything from discovery to designing the site or brand

• be responsible for design direction across multiple projects

• work with other team global team members to meet project requirements

• develop processes that enhance internal and external process in design

• liaising between clients and other team members (developers, strategists, PM)

• conducting research on best practices, site inspiration, or other items

• documenting design briefs, updated requirements, or other items

• participating or running meeting to collect or present information.
