Senior Designer at Lambda
As Lambda’s first in-house designer you’ll create exceptional user experiences and designs across our entire product portfolio.
You
- Were the lead UX or product designer for software products, with experience driving deliverables from conception to launch
- Are able to guide and contribute to design for physical products
- Have expertise with common design tools and methodologies (e.g., Figma, Adobe, wireframing, workflow diagrams, etc.)
- Are excited to work closely with product and engineering
- Build strong relationships across your entire organization
- Are comfortable soliciting and giving constructive feedback
- Use data to inform your designs
- Always communicate the rationale behind design decisions
- Maintain high quality while working quickly and iteratively

- Experience working on products for highly technical users

About the Role
As Lambda’s first in-house designer you’ll create exceptional user experiences and designs across our entire product portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Create beautiful and intuitive designs for our e-commerce platform and software and hardware products, while ensuring a consistent user experience
- Own the entire design process, covering user research and analysis, UI / UX design, low-fidelity wireframes, high fidelity prototypes, testing, and fast iterations
- Develop, grow, and maintain a robust and scalable design system
- Understand the needs of our users, and translate their requirements into compelling designs
- Collaborate with teams across the organization, including product, engineering, and marketing
- Manage projects in collaboration with external contractors
