Senior Designer at Decentralized Crypto Exchange

Skills and Requirements

• 5 years as a full-time UX/UI designer
• Proficient in Figma
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in explaining design decisions.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of user interface, visual, and interaction design work
• Understanding of trading platforms or crypto exchanges is a big plus
• Be comfortable with practical, imperfect solutions when necessary

Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability metrics
• Manage the design system to simplify decisions
• Collaborate with non-design stakeholders, including project managers, engineers and support
• Create wireframes to test hypotheses
