Required Skills:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience working as a SDET.
• Healthcare experience is a bonus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar area of study.
• 10+ years cumulative hand-on experience with Python, Java, JavaScript.
• Experience testing multiple integrated complex data systems and Big Data Ingestion frameworks such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ etc.
• In-dept hands-on experience around ETL, Database, Data Warehouse testing, Master Data Management testing etc.
• Hands on experience leading/architecting enterprise-grade test automation frameworks that can support multiple business channels – API, Mobile, Web, Data
• Experience testing Mobile experiences (flutter, native apps) with an in-dept understanding of maintaining iOS and android streams.
• Experience testing APIs – REST/SOAP.
• Experience working in a CI/CD/CT environment.
• Experience with Health-care data/PHI, PCI certified systems.
• Experience in communicating with other technical teams and management to collect requirements, identify tasks, provide estimates, and meet commitments.
• Customer engagement desire to work with customers/downstream teams to participate in release management.
• Experience with test-driven development, developing multiple levels of automated tests – Functional, non - functional, integration, load/performance test.

• First and foremost, you are an Engineer and a full stack tester (Data-Services-UI).
• You have an in-dept understanding of automation systems design, architecture and scalable systems and can participate in architectural discussions.
• Designing, building and maintaining test automation including providing architectural guidance and automation roadmaps.
• You have worked in an Agile environment collaborating with product partners such as software engineers, devOps, release management etc.
• Applying thought-processes on issues like innovation, tooling, culture to help build world class products.
• Mentoring/coaching junior team members and Talent acquisition.
