Position: Web Developer (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in web development, with a particular focus on WordPress and React. This role involves creating new designs from scratch and implementing existing designs, emphasizing developing high-quality web applications to enhance our platform's accessibility and user engagement.

• Part-Time Position: Initially, this is a Part-time position with the potential to become full-time based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop highly responsive web-based applications using React.
• Implement and modify WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with team to translate visual concepts into functional online experiences.
• Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile and desktop.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout the design and development process.
• Stay abreast of emerging web technologies and integrate them where appropriate.

Requirements:

• A portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of React and its core principles.
• Familiarity with WordPress development, including custom themes and plugin customization.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that applications will adhere to them.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with web3.js or similar libraries and an interest in blockchain technology or DeFi is a plus.
