As a Senior Product Manager, your background will look like 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or similar role, with a focus on messaging, SMS, or communication-related products such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, Talkdesk, Podium or other.
• Strong understanding of web and desktop (electron) application development processes and methodologies, particularly in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and the ability to work closely with designers to create compelling user experiences.
• Knowledge of messaging protocols, SMS gateways, and related technologies is highly desirable.
•  Working language for positions in Quebec

Your Day to Day 

As a Senior Product Manager, you would be working on: 

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the go-to-market motions of our mobile, web and desktop GoTo applications.
• Collaborate closely with Contact Center and Customer Engagement product teams stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and marketing teams, to gather requirements, understand user needs, and translate them into clear product requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation in the UC space (RCS, Whatsapp, international SMS).
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog across multiple teams, ensuring that features are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
• Work closely with development teams using Agile methodologies to define user stories, provide clarifications, and make product-related decisions throughout the development process.
• Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate on product features to improve user satisfaction and achieve product goals.
• Act as the subject matter expert for our App experiences, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with the UX/UI design team to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall customer experiences.
• Monitor product performance, conduct data analysis, and utilize key metrics to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the product.
• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, executives, and the broader organization, providing clear and concise updates on the product roadmap and its impact on the business.
