About the Role:
We are seeking a Junior .NET Developer to join our customer-facing Development team. As a member of our team, you will work alongside Backend and Frontend Developers and receive guidance from a Development Team Lead. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining scalable client solutions and enhancing our platform code. This role offers opportunities for innovation, improving efficiencies, and collaborating within a dynamic team, which includes members based in Canada.

- Scoping and implementing scalable solutions
- Building and maintaining strong internal and external client relationships
- Documenting solutions
- Undertaking routine work as part of our team, as well as longer term pieces of work.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience
- Critical thinking and investigation skills
- Commercial awareness
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Evidence of good prioritisation and organisational skills
Skills
Some experience in a Junior Software Development role
Training will be provided where necessary, but experience in any of the following core technologies will be an advantage:
- SQL Server 2014+/T-SQL
- ASP.NET, C#
- Object-oriented methodologies
- Agile methodologies
- Web APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Version control and git (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket)
- CI/CD pipelines
- Monitoring services (e.g., DataDog)
- AWS Services
- JavaScript, Node.js
