This exciting remote based Digital Experience Executive opportunity has arisen to join our Digital team and support the delivery group growth targets through the provision of an exceptional digital journey and experience.


Who We Are Looking For

This is an opportunity for a skilled individual in Digital Experience who works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels. We are ideally looking for someone with:

  • A passion for problem-solving and delivering the best possible customer experience.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Hotjar and other user analysis tools.
  • An understanding of UX principles, A/B testing and user research methods.
  • Experience of using a content management system such as WordPress or Umbraco.

This is an opportunity for a self-motivated person with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a team player who can think creatively and strategically and demonstrate passion for the user journey and conversion optimisation. You must be results focused, have diligent planning and implementation skills and be adaptable, tenacious and committed to proactive self-development.

While this is a remote role, there will be occasional requirement for travel within the UK


This role will bring our brands and propositions to life by providing engaging digital customer experiences through The Ardonagh Group’s websites and other digital channels, giving particular focus using data and user research to drive the creation and optimisation of high-performing user journeys.

What You Will Do

This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Collaborating with your Line Manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all of the following and more:

  • Analyse website performance and user behaviour using a variety of quantitative and qualitative methods including Google Analytics and Hotjar.
  • Work with market specialists and carry out research to build understanding of our customers, identify opportunities and plan, design, build and measure changes to our online journeys that improve overall performance.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to help drive technical and experiential improvements across our platforms.
  • Regular reporting to ensure on-site performance standards are a constant focus.
  • Ensure all enhancements to user journey are delivered in line with company governance processes.
  • Work with the Digital Experience Manager and wider team to support delivery of the conversion optimisation roadmap and wider digital strategy.
