Requirements:

  • A standout portfolio showcasing your creativity and meticulous attention to detail. 
  • Passion for sports and a keen interest in the industry. 
  • Experience in developing and implementing brand guidelines. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. 
  • Ability to create illustrations, icons, and visual content tailored for social media and web platforms. 
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and enthusiasm for teamwork. 
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying design concepts to both colleagues and clients. 
  • Bonus: Experience with video and animation software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) and digital design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, InVision, Zeplin). 
  • Bonus: Understanding of broader brand and marketing strategies, providing support to the Partnerships and Marketing function as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and develop creative concepts, graphics, and artwork to support marketing and talent acquisition initiatives across various platforms. 
  • Maintain and evolve visual brand identities and guidelines for all three companies, ensuring consistency and excellence in every deliverable. 
  • Produce concept visuals for business development and client communications, including pitch decks and emails. 
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Google Slides, Figma, and other tools to enhance creative assets. 
  • Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues, manage multiple projects effectively, and support diverse creative requirements across the business. 
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, ensuring our work remains fresh, modern, and impactful. 

Supporting Client Projects:

  • Collaborate with the creative team on various client projects, adapting existing brand guidelines and creating new identities and assets for web and mobile platforms. 
  • Fulfill ad-hoc requests such as logo resizing and promotional banners for client initiatives including the Premier League and World Rugby.
