We are hiring for an additional experienced Recruiter to join our friendly team on a permanent basis.
What’s essential for you to have to be our Recruiter…
- Previous recruitment experience from an RPO, Agency, Internal or in house environment
- Working knowledge of candidate management, internet recruiting, sourcing strategies and networking.
- Understanding of how to leverage association memberships, networking sites and previous employment contacts as sourcing opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point etc.) - Salesforce is desirable
- The ability to work under general supervision and/or independently within established procedures and practices.
- To manage your own schedule, organising multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.

We are hiring for an additional experienced Recruiter to join our friendly team on a permanent basis. Ideally, you will still be based close (ish) to the Glasgow area as we’re a sociable bunch, but other locations will be considered for the right person.
What you will do as our Recruiter…
- Attract top talent utilising our cutting-edge recruitment tools and technology
- Provide a recruitment consultation to clients and assist sales representatives with driving the Monster proposition forward.
- Create and manage branded recruitment campaigns for UK and International Clients.
- Take the job brief and accurately communicate information about the company, position, and the compensation/ benefits package to candidates.
- Create SEO compliant text from the job brief and effectively advertise the vacancy on the relevant Monster Country specific site.
- Utilise the Monster database and other sourcing methods to manage candidate pipeline and ensure qualified candidates are contacted and dispositioned according to standard operating procedures.
- Screen, interview and manage candidates, ensuring that the client’s employment value proposition is communicated effectively.
- Assist with client interviews where required and manage client feedback to ensure a smooth candidate journey
- Leverage hiring manager relationships to successfully influence, guide and drive the recruitment campaign to meet the needs of the Client.
